My love of painting started in Junior High when I took painting classes with my mom. I quickly moved to canvas painting and then painting on the back side of glass. Since then I have branched out into several areas of decorative art including painting on candles, clay pots, jewelry boxes and furniture. My latest creative outlet has been using bare walls (and sometimes refrigerators) to paint murals! I also do painted texture effects such as faux marble and sponging.

General Information About Pricing

As of September 1, 2011 my rates are as follows:

$30 per hour for design and painting time

$20 per hour for preparation and sealing time

Free estimates

The area to be painted, size and detail of the work all affect the painting time, so please call me to discuss your project in detail.

Mural projects are limited to a 30 mile radius around Cedar Rapids.
